Prem Kurian Philip – Managing Director and Founder
Prem is an entrepreneur with about 25 years of experience in the information technology field. During this time, he founded two software development companies; Clasticon Solutions in 2002 and Songbird Technologies in 2003. He also served as the Head of Technology for Xerago.com prior to making a life changing decision to enter the social entrepreneurship space. Prem then spent two years volunteering in Raxaul, Bihar with the community health team of Duncan Hospitals.
Shalina Kurian – Director – Social Media and Communications
Shalina’s experience spans both the non-profit as well as for-profit companies. She worked in the marketing communications team of Child Relief and You (CRY) and prior to that she worked in marketing for Taj Hotels, Mumbai and later as a writer for Rolled Up Sleeves. Shalina also taught social media and communication at Sofia Polytechnic in Mumbai.
Joju Philip – Manager – Operations and Admin
Joju, more often known simply as Joe, has held different positions in operations, human resource and administrations in many companies in India and the Middle-East.
Ajai Kuruvilla – Advisor – Agricultural Sector
Ajai is the go-to person for everything related to the agricultural sector! He has lived the life of the organic farmer in Oddanchatiram, Tamil Nadu since 2013. During this time, he has experimented and evolved ways of organic farming which gives excellent yields and which can transform the livelihoods of the rural community. Ajai is also an extremely well known person in social work circles and continues to work with leading social work organizations such as Praxis. His work encompasses dealing with financial inclusion related issues, agricultural and rural development and child abuse prevention and investigation.
